Letters of Appreciation

From The Mayor:

From Mayor Richard M. Daley.

From Jenna:

"I would like to take the time to sincerely thank you for the services I received while attending the Bartending Academy in December of 2003. Your expertise is unparalleled and your patience was infinite. I knew very little of the bartending field when I began attending your class and left feeling confident and knowledgeable. I am certain that your skill as a teacher was a significant enabling factor. I very much enjoyed the ease with which you interacted with your students and appreciated the experience that you brought to the classroom. I would certainly recommend anyone I know who would be interested in entering the bartending profession to attend your class. Again, thank you for both your enthusiasm and knowledge."

 From Randy Malone:

"I recently graduated from the American School of Bartending and I am writing this letter to state that I was very pleased with the course. I learned things that most bartenders around don't have a clue about, and that's thanks to Liz. I don't know how your Company rewards it's employees for their outstanding work, but it is only fit that Liz is shown that the Company she works for knows that they have an all-star on the team. I can truely say that she is one I will never forget, and I thank you all for the experience."

 From Alexandra Andrejevic:

"I would like to take an opportunity to express a few words of admiration, adoration and respect. I have just recently completed the Bartender's comprehensive course at the Calumet City location where I was instructed by Liz. May I say, that without a doubt, Liz is absolutely the most informative, highly knowledgeable, kindest, sincerest, and best teacher I have ever encountered. And, believe me, that says a whole lot because I've consumed many, many years in classrooms with instructors! Liz deserves much praise for her devotion to preparing prospective bartenders for their trade. Simply, she is fantastic at what she does and has equal amounts of compassion, devotion and motivation for her students. It is an honor to know her and wonderful to have been befriended by her. Thank you."

From Barbara A. Bernhard, Director of Mission Development to AAA Bartender School:

"Thank you for your thoughtful donation to the Sisters of St. Joseph of LaGrange. How grateful we are for your commitment to our ministries and mission of unity - uniting all people with God, with one another and all creation. As requested, your donation will be restricted for Well's spring fundraiser Ad Book. Your generosity enables the Sisters to help those in need, to renew hearts and spirits, and to be advocates of non-violence and justice in a world that cries out for both. You are truly a partner in our ministries. Please know that you have a special place in our prayers."

 From Susan M. Powers:

"I am writing to inform you how much I appreciate the efforts and service from your admissions representative Kim. Kim not only signed me up immediately and took care of business efficiently, she encouraged me throughout the program. After graduation, Kim and I were talking and she recommended I contact someone specific for employment. I did and I was hired immediately at Boston Blackies. I am loving it! Kim was not only helpful and supportive, she was professional and really seemed to enjoy both her job and the students. I graduated 22 years ago from your school on Dearborn, and I am proud to say the training has only gotten better. The training both times was more than worth the tuition. Thank you for keeping your employees and standards so high. Thank Kim for going the extra mile for the students."

 From Mary Jo Magurary:

"Thanks so much for all the experience that I received at the Professional Bartenders School. Liz is a wonderful instructor. The confidence she has given me will help me exceed my own expectations of my abilities as a bartender. You both are great people. Thank Kim for me for taking me to the Chevis Regal tasting party at Hotel 71 last week. It was a great experience. Vicky introduced herself to me. She and her husband showed warmth and kindness to this beginner. Tell her thanks for taking me under her wing. I will remember all of you in my heart. Hope to see everyone in the future. And again, thank you for the great experience."
